The Outreach Services Department coordinates the following services:
• Book and media return boxes around the county
• Publicity and public relations
• Talking books for the blind and physically handicapped
• Mailbox books for the homebound
• Volunteer work
• Inquiries about the Friends of the Library and their monthly book sales
